Training and Drill of Oil Spill

    The staff participates in the oil pollutants cleaning task must go through specialized training so to enhance their ability in inspection and maintenance of emergency anti-pollution vessels and facilities. They carry out emergency drills and make corresponding records, and check whether the relevant parts are working smoothly and coordinated, effectively improving the practical capability of the anti-pollution response system. They also participate in systematic exercises and regional emergency drills actively to assess the effectiveness of the emergency response system. 

Drill Target
1. The members engaged in the emergency response are going to familiarize, master and understanding well their respective responsibilities through the drill.
2. Ensure all relevant procedures are revolving smoothly, and are coordinated and effective.
3. Check the availability and capability of the equipment.
4. Assess all emergency response personnel’s familiarity of theory and practical skills, and observe the problems and punctual deficiency during the planning and implementation of the emergency plan.
