Our company was established in 2008 and the registered address is at No.31-3-2，West Liaohe Rd, Economic& technological development zone, Dalian, China. We specialized in the recovery of ship’s dirty oil and water garbage acceptance,ship clearance,vector killing,oil spill emergency rescue,oil booms and so on. Our company is the president unit of Dalian Port Water Pollution Prevention and Control Industry Association, one of the members of Liaoning Maritime Safety Administration oil spill emergency rescue Alliance, a long-term oil spill emergency rescue supporting company employed by Liaoning Port Co., LTD., and a company whose ship pollution removal capacity meets the first-level qualification approved by the Maritime Safety Administration of the Ministry of Transport.

Since its establishment, under the leadership and guidance of relevant departments of Dalian Municipal Government, with the strong support and help from all walks of life and cooperative enterprises, our company has developed and grown up rapidly.Up to now,its assets have reached 160 million yuan,10 vessels (boats) ,65 employees,all of whom have received the qualification training organized by the relevant competent government departments,3 senior commanders,8 on-site commanders and 40 emergency operators.As the business continues to expand,our company has signed long-term cooperation agreements with “COSCO SHIPPING Energy Transportation Co., Ltd.”,“CHINA HUANENG”,“Liaoning Port Co., Ltd.” ,“MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING COMPANY (SHANGHAI) LTD. DALIAN BRANCH” ,“HMM (China) Co., Ltd.” ,“NANJING TANKER CORPORATION” ,“SINORAIL BOHAI LOGISTICS” ,“Shi Yang Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.” etc. To deal with the emergency in time,we established oil spill emergency rescue base in Dalian Port,Lvshun Development Zone,Changxing Island and other places.The storage of spare materials reached nearly 100 million yuan.The emergency team is on standby all day long.It has participated in a number of major oil spill emergency tasks in Dalian area and has become an important force that cannot be ignored in oil spill emergency rescue in Dalian area.
