Procedure of ship’s garbage receiving and disposal
(Declaration system process must be executed strictly prior to operation)

1. 2-copies of an anti-pollution application should be submitted to the branch of MSA for declaration. Operation can be carried out upon the “anti-pollution operation permission” stamp.
2. Our working trucks and personnel in the assignment are guaranteed not to affect routine work in the harbor , which may be carried out by other concerned parties, the working barge will berth within safe area, the embarkation personnel must hold a valid boarding card.
3. The professional disinfection personnel should wear protective appliances; garbage onboard should be disinfected first. Simple packaging may be conducted after 30 minutes, collecting and transferring to the working truck. Resolutely eliminate falling, overflow, dripping, and leakage. 
4. Upon completion, working trucks carry the garbage to garbage sorting station.
5. On site responsible personnel issue a garbage receipt (with ship’s stamp and C/O’s signature) in accordance with garbage record book that the discharging ship offered. Confirm no fault. Keep two copies of recent records
6. Exchanging certificate of garbage disposal from local MSA with the receipt.

Remark: Requirements may be modified per different local MSA; each department should deal with it according to requirements and provisions.
